Fjällstations tend to offer an all-you-can-eat, buffet-style breakfast for around 85-95 SEK (£7-8) per person, which is a good option to set you up for the day, especially if you begin craving fresh food or are getting bored with your daily rations. It is a relatively inexpensive way of enjoying a hearty meal at regular intervals on the trail, which is a good motivating factor.
